When you submit the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email, the chosen service and your message — solely to contact you and provide the service.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and to take steps at your request before providing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). In specific cases we process it to comply with a legal obligation.
We keep request data no longer than necessary to contact you and provide the service, or as required by law.
Our website-hosting and email-delivery providers may process data on our behalf, strictly under our instructions. The map on the contacts page is provided by Google Maps — it loads only after you click, so Google receives no data unless you choose to show the map. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. If you choose to load the Google Maps map, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy terms.
You may access, correct, request deletion of or restrict the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@ortoreab.lt.
If you believe your data is handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).
